  • Conditions of Employment: We are experienced in matters relating to conditions of employment, including treatment of professional and managerial employment, leave, workman's compensation, health insurance, mandatory deductions from salary, transfer of employees, workers in remote areas, termination of employer-employee relationship, end-of-service benefits, and disputes, with significant expertise in the use of dispute resolution processes.

  • Saudization: We assist employers in their efforts to understand and comply with their obligations under the national policy of the Kingdom to encourage employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector—also known as Saudization.
