Biography

​

• Worked in the General Court in Riyadh in the name of (a clerk for seizure) for a period of four years, starting from 1427 AH to 1431 AH.

• Work in the office of the Minister of Justice and the office of His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for custody and execution affairs for a period of six years.

• I was appointed as director of the Department of Private and Public Rights in the province of Khamis Mushait in the Asir region for a period of six months.

• After the assignment ended, I began work at the Dammam Court of Implementation.

• I was assigned to work in Dammam Commercial Court in the name of (Sharia researcher).

• Experience of more than ten years in legal arguments, including commercial, execution, administrative, and general, as well as legal procedures for pleadings.

• Attending several courses and scientific workshops; Among the most prominent are:

1- How to deal with superiors.

2- How to deal with subordinates.

3- The execution judiciary and the mechanism of its work.

4- The commercial judiciary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - prospects and aspirations.

5- How to draft contracts.

6- Management in the general concept.
